JQ Plastic Mold has invested in the precision machine tool. This, combined with our experienced tool-room personnel, enables us to offer our customers the best mold making.
JQ Plastic Mold possesses the mold making knowledge, professional, and state of the art manufacturing capabilities necessary to complete the projects in a timely manner. Data is easily imported and used by our CAD/CAM systems.
By linking the CAD/CAM systems to the shop floor, the NC programmers provide direct transfer of part design into tool cutter paths and drawings for the close tolerance tooling. To inspect the products' quality, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) are used.
